zennobox detect older instalation

If user have some old instalation, in process of install, zennobox this detect and notice user for that.

This will reduce our, and zenno support a lot in future.

Do you mean aware users on installation step if new build is avialable?

No, i mean if user install zennobox and forgot ( or thing that must install new app for new bot). Try install new, and can not. I just tested API on some PC in office. I look in installed programs, and not see zennobox. I try install new zennobox, and can not, allways system say " wrong username and password" . Some pieces of old installation is problem to login on new zennobox app.

Can you l;ogin with this username and password to user area and can you see ZennoBox there?

Yes, i send this problem to support, i check admin userarea, check user area, all is fine, send log to support, on this PC is probably some older pieces of some old instalation .

Point is, when zennobox can not run , to send notice user, what is problem, usually is " wrong username or password ", user type ok user and pass, and he do not know what is problem .

I not ask for help ,this is Enhancements forum, i ask for updates zennobox notice, and smarter detect problems, like on first post description .

You said that username and password doesnt work even if they work for user area. Is this an actual problem?

I instaled zennobox in some PC. I try simulate some api options. I check this user and all is ok, he is registered . I try put in zennobox his user and pass to run zennobox and can not . We not find problems, becouse in logs is all fine, but support suggest that is only option, that on this PC i have some old instalation .

If is problem old instalation- this is sugest for update- tell user why he can not log .
