Zennobox Not working anymore

Hi,

There is a big problem with zennobox…

Few of my customers contacted me because they didn’t received the update i made with « publishing project » and « upload to UserArea ».

For new customers, their templates don’t work.
Indeed my new customers get this message on the log :
« This template is processing now. Please wait.
If this process is not complete in an hour, contact the author or ZennoLab Support . »

So i spend all the day to made 100 tests different...

Old version of zennoposter and also zennobox, new version…old template, new template... i got the same problem, there is no way for all my templates work for new customers.

And off course my oldest customers can only run template with an oldest version I made before that bug…

I tried myself to create new account in zennolab to do like I am a customer of myself.

I made a new template with just few things with my main account then I upload it with « publishing project »… then in zennobox I got same problem than my customers.

Please could you fix this problem be tirs a serious one :/
