ZennoBrowser 1.13.0 Update (Proxy Stability + UX Improvements)

Hi everyone!

A new version of ZennoBrowser 1.13.0 is out. In this update we've upgraded the browser engine to the latest ZBE build (146.1.4 / 0.2524.0), made Cookie Robot more resilient, fixed a whole batch of issues in Proxy Manager and profile workflows, and sped up the UI.

Key changes

New ZBE engine build

Updated the ZennoBrowser engine to build 146.1.4 (0.2524.0). This keeps things compatible with modern websites, keeps the browser environment up to date, and lays the groundwork for further stability improvements.

Update 1.13.1 is coming in the next few days — it will bring the engine up to Chrome 147. Stay tuned for the announcement.

Cookie Robot is now more resilient

We taught Cookie Robot to properly handle ZBE engine crashes during a run. If for some reason the engine crashes on one of the profiles, the robot no longer gets stuck on it — it moves on to the next one. This change comes directly from the feedback we got after the 1.12.0 release.

Fixes in Proxy Manager and proxy workflows

The biggest block of this release is proxy work. We closed a number of long-standing annoyances:

• fixed the "UDP" status display — previously the status wasn't being picked up right after the check
• fixed bulk IP rotation for mobile proxies via the multi-menu — the status now updates without having to hover the cursor
• fixed the infinite IP-rotation loader in Profile Manager (the one users were asking about in the 1.11.0 thread)
• fixed the proxy edit window in PxM being reset when "Check proxy" is clicked — your edits are no longer lost
• fixed adding a proxy to cloud profiles after moving it between cloud and local lists
• fixed the error when selecting "No proxy" for a profile from the list

New PublicApi capabilities

We're continuing to expand PublicApi — this release closes a couple of automation scenarios that have been requested for a while.

• Bulk proxy creation — added a method for creating multiple proxies in a single request. Previously, to upload a large list, you had to split it into separate calls; now you can submit an array and get the result in one round-trip.
• Launching the browser with additional command-line arguments — when starting a profile via PublicApi, you can now pass arbitrary launch arguments. This includes the ability to start the browser in "HeadlessMode": "VeilConcealed" mode — the same way it works when launching via ZennoPoster7. Useful for scenarios where you need to hide the browser window on a server.

Profile-related fixes

• fixed the error when creating a profile if the "Launch arguments" field is over 2000 characters
• added validation for the "Media → Manual" field in advanced settings during profile creation
• the preset dropdown now updates correctly when selecting a preset for a specific profile

UI and localization improvements

• aligned the browser control buttons vertically
• fixed an error in the EN localization when removing an extension

Performance and security

• optimized frontend requests to the backend — the UI is now faster and more responsive, especially with large profile lists
• the ZennoLab.Platform.ZennoBrowser.exe file is now signed. This improves trust with antivirus software and SmartScreen
