Zennodroid Device display is halfed and doesnt rotate

So im facing an strange issue where my Zennodroid Device (tried Android 7.1 and 9.0) doesnt rotate the Screen (as an Example for games which are not horizontal). at the device itself rotation is activated. i allways see on the bottom half of the screen the normal device screen. also after some Seconds of running it at this stage its freezing and not reacting anymore.

somebody had this issue before and can help with it.

doesnt matter which app im starting the issues are the same. rlly broken for me and not useable in any way

Edit: made a complete new installation of zennodroid and memu, seems to work better, will replay later again
