zennoposter vesion 3.5 standard cann't support proxy rules max delay!!!

I download the zennoposter 3.5 standard, it doesn't support the max delay that was support in the zennoposter 3.4. Can somebody tell me why??
zennoposter 3.5 can select the max delay , but can't set the delay time.

Create rule with max latency filter, save it. Close ZennoPoster
Go to Progs\Settings in ZennoPoster's home directory. Find and edit PostFilters.xml file.

<FilterItem Type="LatencyFilterItem" MaxLatency="10" />

"10" - is delay seconds, replace it with your value, witch you work in past, save file.

When did you download it?
Because it was already fixed, try to reload this version from CP.
