Zennoposter wont go faster then 10 threads wtf

I can't get ZP to go faster then 10 threads. I have 200 private proxies and a sick dedicated server. Can someone from support contact me, as usual zp support is impossible to get a hold of

I have maximum threads set to 300. When are you guys on available on skype? I'm online 14+ hrs a day and I think I've seen support available MAYBE 1-2 times, and my pings are typically ignored. Being that I've spent $800+ with you guys I would think support would be a little better then this....................

If you can't reach us in skype you can email us, pm us on the forum, write here. I always reply on the skype messages I get, even if they were sent when I was offline.
