ZP/PM can't download file when download folder is a shared folder

When the Download Directory is on a shared folder (such as \\ABC\XXX),
ZP/PM will get stuck at 0.00MB when downloading a file.

This problem only happens in Windows 10, not Windows 7.

Can the developer fix it so that it also work on shared folders on Windows 10?
