Is there a reason why you want to use C#? As VladZ pointed out, there already is a function for this.. Make it more dynamic by counting how many there is, then loop through the action_constructor and increase the match# till you've checked them all.

I don't use DockPanel but every time I start PM it resets my windows to this - which surely isn't how I prefer to work in it.

I'd also like a feature that save your window placement and sizes. I usually work on a vertical screen and each time I open PM I have to start with moving everything around, would be nice if it just loaded your last settings.

You don't need to remotely control a phone and can't use the browser but it's possible to upload trough the POST action in zennoposter with some help of C#/PHP or JS as you need to hash the request and make instagram think it comes from a phone device. I know it's possible because I've done it.
