As step85 told you captcha has to be loaded fine with disabled images, but sometimes with AJAX pages captcha can't be not loaded than you can disable images in whole template and turn on downloading before captcha page using set-web browser branch.

If you can indicate message by only one regexp and you just need a few regexps to find links, so you can add as many regular expressions as you need. by defenition it is only one reg0, but you can put some additional there.

Did you use private/public proxies? Where did you start? From registration page or main page of hotmail? Did you use random pauses between branches? Clear cache, cookies? Try also to disable flash to don't flash cookies.

A quick look on the template and seems there are a few loops which are definitely increasing memory usage. You should try to split these loops on a few templates or decrease their usage on minimum.

Isn't there trial for them? ZennoPoster supports socks4 and http proxy.
