License Updater Issue Now Cannot Install

Early today when I was trying to load Zennoposter the license updater was loading then failing. I was on current version, with no hardware updates. The only software that changed recently was a reinstall of firefox from beta to non-beta.

I uninstalled Zennoposter and am now attempting to reinstall but I am unable to install. The install is not finishing the step "Getting information about your hardware". It shows the error:
"Error getting information about your hardware"

I deleted computer from user area but still cannot install.

Running Windows 10. Any ideas?

Any help would be much appreciated as I have a load of work to do in Zenno in the morning.

Wait for several minutes. If hardwareID is still not generated, please attach ****_HardwareId.log.txt, which it creates and send it to support@zennolab.com with link to this thread

I ran the file in 2 different locations but no ****_HardwareId.log.txt is being generated.

Let it run as long as it takes to generate file

Ok no problem. Will post back tomorrow morning if it hasn't finished by then. Has been running for serveral hours now with no CPU usage:

Ok managed to fix. In case anyone else has similar issue I did the following:
- Created new Windows Profile (Windows 10)
- Installed ZP on this profile
- Logged back into original profile
- ZP is working
