Problem starting up.

Im running the demo version of ZennoDroid 2.3.1.0.
Im running Memu 8.0.6.

After fresh install of both I startup project maker and click on "Run Device"
It says "Initialiing" below the "Run Device" button. It proceed to open Memu up but it usually starts so minimized that its just a single line on the screen about an inch or 2 tall. Then after a few seconds it gets a little bigger and turns into the box in the bottom right of the screen as shown in the picture. I can manually stretch the window to make it bigger but the Project Make never stops saying initializing. Then after about 30 to 45 seconds, Memu will just exit out and project maker says it failed.

I can open up Memu regularly without any problems at all. It starts up normal with the screen expanded the way it should be, and everything works on it perfectly fine. Also Memu's multiple instance manager works fine. When project maker does crash the multiple instance manager doesnt exit or crash. It stays running in the background with no issues.

I went ahead and attached a diagnostics along with the post if that might help at all.
Ive tried reinstalling ZennoDroid and Memu to no success. And I am running Windows 10.

Ive tried 7.1 32bit, 7.1 64bit, and 9.0.
When i get back home ill attach the screenshots for you.

of course im only getting to start the image by manually starting it through the memu multiple instance manager

after i try starting the image through project maker i go back through the multiple instance manager and check the settings and noticed that it drops my framerate down to 20

and activates gpu memory optimization but if i create the image through the manager and start it, it starts fine with my fps at 60 and gpu opt off. it only stops working after trying to use project maker to open it. then i have to delete it and recreate a new image to get it working again

1. There is set to use default device in program settings and no device selected
When selecting and running VM, you are getting error - Device does not exist. That's the reason why vm is not running.
2. You should disable Hyper-V mode in your OS, use the instructions from here.

Try also enabling Capture image in MJPEG mode.

Interesting, how does disabling the hyper-v help. Will have to run some test personally, maybe someone else has already done that? Any increases in performance?

there is some compatibility problem with Hyper-v in memu.

Oookay, read about it a little more myself, so virtualization should be enabled in BIOS, but disabled in windows

Memu suggest to disable the "core isolation"
Also I remember there was a bug in PM that didn't allow to start machines that only had numbers in their name, so just to test try using only few letters to name the machine

Suggest you try updated version ZD 2..3.2.0 which works better with Memu 8.0.6 and includes Android 9 support.
It can be downloaded from here.

I had a similar problem where ZennoDroid fails to start the MEmu device. Try matching the cores your CPU has (looks like your i7-10750H has 6 Cores) for the performance settings in MEmu (CPU count)

I've checked, this is available for me in 2.3.2.0.
Do you have Memu 8.0.6 ?

yes, Android 9 is supported in ZD with memu starting from 8.0.6 version.

Installed the newest memu ( 8.0.8 ) and restarted the PC, android 9 still does not appear as an option. I guess will try to reinstall the ZD now )

You should also download(update) Android 9x64 image in Memu.

Not sure where to do that? But if I am able to create and run android 9 in memu wouldn't that mean it is downloaded?

Edit - downloaded the latest android 9 image I could find for memu and replaced it in /memu/image/96 folder, PM still does not pick it up

When you press New and select Android 9 in Memu multi-manager.
